Why BLS Exists
Big Little Steps was created because too many children struggle every day without getting the support they need. Many fall just below NHS or school service thresholds, leaving families feeling unheard and unsure where to turn. We exist to bridge that gap with compassionate, evidence-based support that helps children feel capable, understood, and included in the activities that matter most to them.
Growing need
1 in 5 children now experience mental health challenges.
Support gap
Many referred children never
receive timely intervention.
Early help matters
The right support can change
lifelong outcomes.
"I have a huge respect for your work with my child. I am so grateful that when I ask for your advice, you find a concrete way to respond and support..."
